Your microwave product is not working

All the outlet in my house works. The microwave light is not on. I did multiple testing reset the outlet still the microwave is not turned on no beeps no lights on. I’m disappointed cause I needed to use the microwave today. I guess I’ll have to return it and buy a different brand.

The power cord is to short for the layout of my counter.
If it was a little bit longer, or the input on the back of the cabinet was more centered, it would be fine.
