Worked fine and now won’t melt butter…

My microwave worked fine for a few days melted things like normal, cooked food like normal and now I can’t get it to melt butter. So hopefully in verifying the warranty something can be done about this issue. Other than that, I love the futures, except the cord is pretty short and no other complaints.
