I just saw a spark

I need it fixed, the micrwave tray got stuck and it wasn't spinning, then I saw a spark and a burnt mark on the inside wall. I immediately unplugged it.

Fair performance

It's FAIR in heating performance. I have to re-heat the same item to get it to the desired temperature which is disappointing and redundant. It's compact and light weight enough which is a plus for a senior person that I am. For now, I'm undecided to keep or return for a different brand.

Overall the microwave works well for the price. The buttons are a bit difficult to use (often have to hit twice). Other than that it’s OK.

I like the child lock that comes with it. I have not used it yet but it looks really nice and when i tried putting in the time it was really easy. Not a lot of steps to it versus other brands I have teied
