Not bad a few disappointing, annoying things

It's a nice little countertop and the thing I don't like is that you cannot add an extra minute without some kind of complex instructions there should be a little button you know just like all the other little buttons that say add a minute and the other thing is that when you do touch the little cup to warm it only warms up instead of brings the and it's mild not a nice warm good warm or moderate warm but so far it's okay but that is a major complaint for me and very considering sending it back just because that added feature it works so well when you forgot to precise minutes that you need. Also the buttons are dark and small so I have to always get my glasses on to see what I'm trying to do now where with most of the ones I've had before I've never had to do that.

HAD A HARD TIME SETTING CLOCK. AND THE FIRST DAY WHEN SETTING AND MOVING INTO PLACE RUBBER FOOT HAD HALF COME OFF. USE STRONGER RUBBER. IT BREAKS EASILY.
