Exceeded My Expectations

My Forerunner 955 is replacing my aging Forerunner 935 (5 years old to me). Big difference in responsiveness and accuracy. The detail in each workout is almost mind numbing but they all work together to provide me the information I need to keep me on track. I have followed the recommended workout, albeit not as slow as suggested (just can’t go that slow) and have seen much improvement in my stamina and distance.

My kids got me this garmin to train for the Army Ten Miler and the training data it was able to collect helped me meet my goal of preparing for and finishing the race.

I'm Loving It!

It's only been a few weeks, but I love my Forerunner! I'm still digging into all the features. The morning report, the run coach, the lightweight, the battery life, and, and, and.... I had other watches and trackers, and they are all gone because my forerunner is the one-stop shop for my training lifestyle.

Siempre utilicé relojes smart samsung y apple. Dependen del teléfono. Garmín propone un reloj autónomo donde la experiencia de uso y sus posibilidades sorprenden. Es necesario dedicar tiempo para reaprender y sacar ventaja de sus aportes.

I use it a lot. It has been generally great. I do wish the watch face was more utilized for display rather than the hash mark bezel. I think the functionality is a little clunky but once you figure it out, it is easy.

I have owned Forerunner series watches for more than 10 years and while I think that the 955 has a bit of marketing hype to some of its newer software features, it continues to be a lightweight, top notch serious runner and triathlete watch and it's tough enough to handle heavy use and reasonable abuse.
