Just recieved it and feels sold in construction and has user friendly controls. Used it and have no compaints. Also comes with simple actitivate warranty card to scan, fill in three sections and you are done.

I had a very small Black & Decker microwave that worked out well on our counter. It began to rust and it needed replacing. The Chefman was slightly bigger than I was looking for, but now that it’s on my counter, it’s just fine! I like that there’s a button latch to operate the handle. I wouldn’t say it’s heavy, but it sits solidly on the counter. When I open the door, it’s not sliding around. I’ve reheated all sorts of things and everything comes out great. My only critique is that you have to press and hold the shortcut timer keys when the previous model I had was press once, but the 30-second button works great!

The only problem I have is I can't get the correct time to stay, even following the instructions. It will always loose an hour right after I set it for the correct time.
