Easy to use. I am elderly and I don’t feel safe using some bowls and plates in the microwave above my stove. So I bought a shelf unit for the end of my kitchen peninsula and put the microwave on a shelf - now it is at the right height - I use a mobility scooter.

Child lock doesn't even work

My old microwave (different brand) had quick-use buttons for 1 minute through like, 6 minutes you just had to press. On this one, you have to hold down the buttons for a whole ten seconds, which kind of nullifies the whole point of quick-minute buttons entirely. I also can't see anything at all through the door's window when it's working because the tint is too dark, so I won't have any warning if something is about to overflow or explode.
I also hate the child safety lock, as I have no children and it makes opening the door more complicated. The lock doesn't even work right because I didn't realize it had a child lock at first and I was still able to pull it open without lifting the child lock tab. I'm not very strong; if I could get it open by pulling on it, even a toddler would be able to do it. So if that's a feature you need, then don't get this brand.
Other than those points, it seems to be a pretty good product.

I just bought this yesterday, and it seems to be malfunctioning and glitching. The cook time doesn't show up always and occasionally the cook time freezes in the middle of using it. It is also hard to use the buttons.

Straitforward usage, we like the 30 second option on the start button. Factory smell was a bit much, hoping that will continue to burn off after a few more uses.
