So far (first day) it works perfectly and seems to heat very well.

Although the power rating is only 1000 watts, with limited material it seems to heat as quickly as our 4 year old Panasonic microwave rated at 1200 watts. (It unfortunately developed and internal short)

This is a larger sized microwave (12" plate vs the typical 11") but is compact and takes up minimal counter space. Large time display, child safety lock on door handle, and sleek up to date appearance A great price for the features included.
