I really like this model counter top microwave. Easy to use, great features, especially the safety lock. I would buy again. My location is below the counter and it fit perfectly.

Problem with the product

Microwave powers off after approximately 2 minutes of use. Eventually powers back up after about a minute, but will then work for less than a minute before powering off again.

LOVE our new Microwave and Air Fryer

So far so good, much more compact than our previous LG microwave and Love the bright white light inside, meets our needs. We also recently purchased a Chefman Air Fryer and it's a joy to have.

Not Exactly What I Expected

I searched and researched for a good microwave. I liked the size of this and the wattage. I liked that it had the presets. Didn't realize until I got it that the handle has a button under the top to open and close with. I do like that feature. It is a great child safety feature. However, having to hold down a preset for five seconds has become very annoying. I don't think there is a way to change it. Also, a great child safety feature, but I am not in need of that. I am used to just pressing the button and it starts. I like this is a little smaller than my old one, but same wattage. The photos are misleading. I really wanted a gray interior, but it is white. One picture shows white and the other shows gray and morning in the description tells you the interior color. It is also loud. I feel it is louder than my old microwave. Not a big deal, but also a bit annoying.
