I think it's a fine microwave. Takes a little bit of time to heat up but that's to be understandable with its size and wattage. I'm personally not a big fan of the safety device in the handle because I don't ever have any kids in my home. I almost yanked it off the counter the first day not knowing it was there. Other than that I like the way it looks and how small it is. It's a little aggravating with the quick minutes. Takes a while to hold down the number in order to get it to start. Sometimes it doesn't work. I still haven't figured out how to lock in memory settings.

Cant get much easier than pulling out the box and pluging it in. The product was deliveried in a good box. A box that fit the product. Sometimes you buy a product and they put something small in a massive box for no reason. Came with instructions, nice and straight forward.
