It's a breeze to use and heats my food better overall than my previous 1000 watt. Ocassionally, I am finding some bigger items are taking longer to heat than they should. But this is not a problem I can't live with-especially for the price!

It's nice and small for my small kitchen, but you can still put a full size dinner plate in it. I don't like the lock on the door. It's awkward to open.
