I have had the microwave for approximately 8 weeks. It has been used 2-3 times per week and has stopped warming. I have reviewed all the troubleshooting suggestions on the owners manual and still am not getting heat.

We just bought this Chapman microwave to replace our old one that finally stopped working. We've only had it for less than a day but so far it's working well and heating food quickly. I'm still learning all the features but it seems easy to use and looks nice in the kitchen. The turntable makes a little noise when it rotates with the only reason I'm not giving it a full five stars yet. Overall we're pleased with the purchase and looking forward to using it more. So far, so good!
