Need help setting time otherwise good!

I can’t get the clock setting to work. I am pressing the FAV/CLOCK button for 3 seconds but nothing happens. Also I can’t find the START+30 seconds button I’m supposed to press after setting the time.

Easy to use, very efficient

I like it better than the one it replaced. Simple to use and quiet. I like that it beeps to your mind you something is in the microwave after you forgot the first time it beeped.
