It was very easy to read the instructions and operate the machine. Makes dinner meals & snacks easy to heat up and eat quickly.

Takes a little longer to heat things up than my other one but it is smaller in size. So I’m sure that’s why. Otherwise a great bang for your buck!!

I like the size for my kitchen not too big, neither too small, and so far it is working just fine

We needed a small, simple microwave while our kitchen is remodeled and this was a great option - very easy to unpack and setup and we’ve been using it with no problems.
