I think it’s a good product and also easy to use ,I like the door has the childproof lock button , and also whenever we close the door , we can use the childproof lock button to make no sound to close it .

I love the fact that it has a lock on the handle of it and can stop small children from accessing.

Gets the job done.

Just got it today Looks nice. Doesn't take up a lot of counter space. It's has a kind of loud hum when on. Not horrible sounding, just not quiet either. It's a basic microwave. When finished it beeps loudly. I made oatmeal. It took longer than directions. Glass plate & turn table had to be adjusted during cook time. Could be because it's new. I recommend for basic needs such as reheating leftovers, melting butter or chocolate. Making tea, heating canned foods such as soup, ravioli or veggies. Frozen veggies should be ok. If you heat frozen meals I recommend using a food thermometer to make sure it reaches 165° or higher. It seems to get the job done.
