Product is great! Just need a small adjustment with the microwave as the rubber piece is not staying and causing the microwave to lean. I just got it for my birthday and tried setting it up.

Microwave heats unevenly. I put a Legendary pastry in for 22 secs and some of it is molten while other areas are cold.
