not functional out of the box. won’t turn on or respond in any way. troubleshooting recommendations include updating firmware. How do you suppose i would do that when the unit does not respond?

Absolutely beautiful design, ease of setup is very good but don't understand why you need an app to stream, but ok. Volume control on the unit is too sensitive and jumps too quickly. Volume control on the remotes is slow to respond. Sound can get very loud if you want but has no depth or openness I have never been more disappointed in Klipsch, sound is cheap. I own 4 pair of Klipsch speakers from the 1980's to current models and can't rave enough about all of them (5 stars). Shame on Klipsch for this speaker.

Hard to connect. Need hard reset when changing Bluetooth pairing... Then worst of all : the sound is now randomly either muffled or silent. Always used it as a background music player, so it is not related to party oriented usage.
Bought it less than two years ago. Now it is just an expensive trinket.

Nice looking speaker with quality materials. Really wanted to like it but.... Once I finally got the bluetooth to connect, I played music from my phone. I was not impressed with the sound. I ended up sending it back. Loved the looks but not the sound quality.

I am genuinely astounded by the exceptional performance of this compact speaker. While I am equally impressed by its aesthetic design and sound quality, the latter is particularly noteworthy. Although I do not intend to deduct any stars from its rating, I would have appreciated the inclusion of an optical input for my WiiM Mini. With its digital EQ, and superior signal quality compared to Bluetooth, the speaker delivers an even more remarkable audio experience by just utilizing the 1/8” jack input. Would make an an outstanding unassuming “zone” speaker that could still be utilized via Bluetooth separately if needed.

I absolutely LOVE this speaker! The sound quality is exactly as billed. I give it a four star rating only because it needs an optical connection so it can be easily connected to a TV for audio only.

Great sound but erratic Bluetooth connectivity

I bought this to replace a bookshelf system for my computer and to connect to my phone. The sound quality is incredible from all devices and there is no delay. The problem is connectivity. Sometimes it works as expected and connects with no issues no matter which device I use. Other times, like today, my computer won't connect no matter how many times I go through the steps to look for it
