Not working properly

I bought these a week ago and I cannot get the right one to work. Keep getting very generic responses from Support. I’ve tried everything they’ve recommended and no luck. Not sure where to go from here. I was very excited about this purchase and they seem great, but I need them to work. Help please!

Amazing ear buds, great for work ,perfect gift

Bought these about a month ago to go with my new phone and would have to say some of the bast if not thee best ear buds iv had and for me personally that's saying alot working in the field of work I do going through ear buds like water These stay comfortable but stable in my ears un like others that fall out or want to move and the sound is amazing 👏 they really last for 8 hrs and u can charge them fast they also have a find my buds tracker in them that really does locate them individually perfect for anybody that moves and has Physical types of jobs hands free controls u don't have to touch anything to turn them on change songs answer calls so a must if u get dirty hands or don't want to keep having to touch ur ears

Bought these a couple of months ago and I cannot get over how great these are! The sound quality is outstanding, so much better than AirPods. Highly recommend especially if you have small ear holes.

Great product

So far it's good. Callers can hear me clearly when on the phone. Only drawbacks I don't know how to turn down volume without using my phone and it keeps falling out my ear, but I have small ears so that's on me. Otherwise great product. Great audio.

Best Earbuds

These earbuds are the best I’ve had. Great sound and great reliability. One of mine got put through the washer and dryer by accident and it still works. Great product. Would buy again.

Hurt ears

Got these as a Christmas gift. They sounded good but for some reason these really dig into my ears and hurt. Im disappointed. Especially since they were a Christmas gift and now im not sure what to do. I was excited to get this pair and now it looks like im going to have to find a way to return these. Digs really bad into your ears and I wouldn't recommend. Just wish there was a way to make these better.

You may mix and match the different sizes to get the right fit for your ears so that they do not fall out.
