I love these earphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earphones were better than I expected. There were things that I loved about them and small things that I think could use work. I'll go over the fit, the aesthetic, and the sound quality.
I'm impressed by how perfectly they fit in my ears. The earphones are very comfortable, and they don't fall out . I tried them out at the gym today and put them to the test with jump roping. They didn't even budge. It was a great surprise because I find my other earphones fly out the first chance they get. A+ for the fit.
They also have a real premium look while I have them on which I appreciate. Nothing too flashy just a gloss finish that might get finger prints on it from time to time. I also like how the case looks for the earphones. It looks and feels premium. The earphones are a bit hard to take out BUT, I figured that this was for a good reason. When I drop the case, the earphones don't explode out like many of my other wireless in-ears. I'll give it a solid B+ for aesthetic and functionality.
The sound quality is top notch. The music comes through clean with dynamic highs and lows. I prefer a little more bass in my mix, so I appreciate that I can change the EQ via the JBL headphones app. They're not sound proof, but the headphones fit so well that they might as well be. I like that the earphones have ambient aware. I just don't like that every time that there's a loud sound the ambient aware clips out and it goes away for about 6 seconds. Other than that it's solid. I'll give the audio quality a solid A.

Dope earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This headphones are pretty dope! They have great sound. The buds feel great to the ear not too big or small. I used them when working out or my small mini runs. My only dislike is that i had to downloaded an app just to allow them to fully function.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I have really enjoyed these ear buds! I use them mostly for music while I'm relaxing or gaming at home. They fit comfortably in my ears and stay put. I really appreciate the convenience of turning the volume up or down with a simple tap on the left ear bud, or pausing/muting with a quick tap on the right bud. Music sounds great with deep bass and clear highs. The quality during phone calls is good but could be better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pretty satisfied with the sound quality and features for the price. If you don't have good sound quality and think that the sound is leaking, You might want to increase the size of the plunger

Great sound! Too bulky

I bought these a few months back. I love the sound the only downside about these headphones is that they don't stay in my ear AT ALL! I have swapped out the little rubber piece and still no luck. I sweat a lot while working out. Even while running they fall out. I have cleaned out my ears prior to using and still no change. Hope this helps

They worked well and were pretty comfortable in the beginning bit for some reason the left earbud just kept getting quieter and now it's barley even audible I don't know why it's like that but it's just really annoying.

Thanks for the feedback. In order for your JBL Vibe Beam to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. Please try to angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. You may also check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings on your music player app, commonly found in the playback or EQ settings, and the balance control on the JBL Headphone App. Next, this is the most common reason for no sound/lack of sound issues. A simple cleaning will almost always fix this problem. Please click on the link below for detailed online instructions. Lastly, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support.
If you actually care about sound quality do not buy these. Sounds like every song has a high pass filter on it. Shambolic.

Our JBL Vibe Beam comes with the JBL Headphones App which allows you to adjust the equalizer settings to improve bass and treble outputs. Another issue could be the audio source you're using might have its own built-in equalization or processing that is affecting the sound. Try playing the same music from a different source to see if the issue persists.

Garbage features.

Worst headphones I’ve used. I got them for free so no biggie, but I’ve had 10 dollar headphones that are better. Sound isn’t bad. Controls are what’s horrible. They randomly will pause music cause it moved in your ear. The touch sensitive control thought it was touched. Same on the other side. Music turned up to full blast on its own. Threw away right after this.
