I bought the Chefman Everything Maker mainly to try making knafeh, and it worked beautifully! I preheated the plates, brushed them with butter, and cooked my knafeh for about 8–10 minutes — the crust came out golden, crisp, and the cheese perfectly melted. The heat is even on both sides, so I didn’t have to flip it halfway. It’s super easy to clean, compact, and heats up quickly.
I’ve also used it for sandwiches and small pizzas, and it does just as great a job. For the price, it’s a fantastic little machine that truly lives up to its name. Highly recommend, especially if you want a quick and easy way to make desserts like knafeh without turning on your oven!
Yes, very easy to use and clean up. This thing is heaven sent. I use it for mostly everything that’s simple easy and quick to make. I love my everything maker. ☺️
I've used it to cook breakfast, quasadillas, hamburgers, etc. In fact so far, I've made everything but a pizza! This is fantastic! I use it like a griddle but with the lid trapping the heat, everything cooks faster and more evenly.
