So far so good

Did the burn off over the weekend just before the division round of the NFL playoffs. Set it up under the lanai of the pool deck. Smoked chicken wings and grilled t bones were on the menu. The Z did not disappoint and the clean up was nothing.

The tank

Easy to assemble its construction in my opinion is outstanding. I’ve done the burn start up went smoothly once the temperature settled down the controller maintains the set temperature within 5 degrees have not done a test cook as yet but plan on putting a pot of chili to smoke.

It is definitely as sturdy as they say it is. It feels well built and is well insulated for colder weather smoking. I've smoked a brisket and a pork shoulder on it so far and next up is a pizza.

I love this grill. It cooks even and maintains temps excellently. The build took 30 min but did require assistance due to the weight. This is a good thing! I’m hoping in the future that ZGrills create a drip pan that can also allow for open flame searing with the unit. This is a spectacular smoker.

Great grill crappy delivery

I'd give this grill 5 stars if not for the freight company used to deliver. Rude dispatching with an 8hr delivery window and a 15 min heads up. Of course signature required. I lost more income from not working for the day then the cost of the grill.

Extremely Happy with Z Grill

I've been using an electric smoker for about six years and decided to up grade to a pellet grill. I was leaning towards the Pit Boss brand, as three co-workers had them and didn't have any complaints or problems. One feature that I was definitely looking for was a wifi - Bluetooth controller.
Before I ever purchase a big ticket item, I do a lot of research to be sure I get what I want. So for research I searched many sites, and watched many YouTube videos comparing different brands. In doing so I saw a lot of features that the Z Grills had in the Multi Tasker 11002B. Such as the ,Wi-Fi Bluetooth controller, big 28 lb hopper, front shelf, and something that I originally wasn't thinking about and haven't seen in many grills, a double wall cooking chamber.
And living in New England this is going to help keep the heat in most of the year.
The one thing I was a little nervous about was not being able to see these grills in person. But , after doing research and reading reviews from other people that had this grill, I decided to purchase the 11002B .
It took about a week for it to be shipped from California to New England, and my worry was I hope it didn't get damaged in the shipping process. Well let me tell you, this unit was packaged very well and was also strapped to a pallet.
As other people have said, this grill is built like a tank. I was very impressed with the quality of material and build of this unit.
It took me about 30- 40 minutes to put this grill together, with a little help from one of my son's. It was nice that the hopper was already attached to the main body of grill.You definitely need help with the weight of this grill.
Following the steps for the burn in process was very easy. It was about a 50⁰ day when I was doing the burn in and the grill got to 500 degrees within 25 minutes, which I thought was very good.
Last night I cooked chicken breast and everything came out great.
As of right now I am so glad that my thoughts of buying a different brand fell through and I found out more about Z Grills.
If anyone is looking for a well built, great controller and double wall grill, don't hesitate to purchase the Z Grill 11002B. It was worth the extra money for me to purchase this grill.

Z Grill 11002b WiFi

This is an amazing product. The results are on point and ease of operation makes a first time pellet smoker owner look like a champ. Assembly is a breeze and start up relatively simple. The only shortcoming is the WiFi connection and app. I’m still working through that at week 3 but have had several smokes that came out flawlessly the difficulty monitoring the cook using the application.

The grill buggy

I cooked some chicken today no problem. After starting the shutdown process my wife asked me to cook some bacon. I let the grill fully finish shutting down. I then restarted it and it appeared to fire back up. After a few minutes, it quit heating. I went through the shutdown process again and turned the grill completely off. cleaned the burner can (which had very little ash) and tried again....no fire. I'll completely clean it tomorrow and try again. If it doesn't work we have a warranty issue!
