I found the company to be of high standards and customer satisfaction, going above and beyond! The Grille i bought was the mega mama -MULTITASKER 11002B WITH WI-FI, Solid built, Heavy and heavy duty! This outdoors appliance, will serve many years of beyond satisfaction and delicious foods and meats. A great gift or just a well deserved outdoors smoker, cooker, and more. Thank You ZGrills.

Rough start

Have only used it once so far but was not impressed with the claimed searing ability with the reverse sear steaks I made. The app temperatures were way off of what the grill showed so I could not really “set it and forget it” because I couldn’t trust the app. Hopefully better results when I do a long smoke.

I absolutely love this grill. Best smoker I've owned!!! However the app fluctuates between being 12-20 degrees off. The machine itself is amazing though. Please update the app! Other than the app issue I'm in love!!!

The only hiccup was a stripped screw head, wish torq heads were used instead of phillips. Easy to assemble, mobile app easy to use, 4 meals cooked that ALL turned out delicious.

Great smoker so far

Overall I have been very happy with the smoker. I have only done a few smokes so far but have been very happy with the results so far. The only reason I am not giving this a 5 star is because I was doing an overnight smoke and woke up to an ER1 code on the control panel. Ended up fixing it by retightening the temperature probe inputs on the back side of the board.

Smoked two racks of Baby backs.They were outstanding. The wifi app needs a lot of work,glad you don't need it to run the smoker.If you fix it please let all buyers know. Still would recommend this Smoked as the one to buy.

Everything on the grill is great. It does a great job smoking! Have done a brisket (19 lbs) and a pork shoulder. The grill did a great job keep the heat regulated. The only improvement needed is on the app.

Been grilling with every weekend since receiving the grill. Definitely worth every penny. The negative is the shipping could be clearer. Didn't actually show the shipping for the grill itself. But it did arrive very fast. Just need better communication about what has shipped and where from.
