[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this grill. Seriously need a cover for it though. I used competition blend pellets so far and love how my meats are turning out. I’ve smoked on it, I’ve grilled on it, and every time I love this thing more. Only time there are big temp swings is when you first raise the temp, and it settles in rather quickly and stays pretty stable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Glad I purchased this. I've used it every weekend I've had it so far. Holds the temperature really well, like within 5 degrees most of the time after the initial fire up. Very solid construction. Not flimsy, nothing feels cheap. So far I've done baby back and spare ribs, a whole chicken, chicken wings, thick cut pork chops, and burgers. Everything turned out great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried cooking ribs. they were dry and tough because the temp. stayed within +/- 25 not =/- 10 as advertised. I have not given up on the grill, will tery again later . Is the Z grill cover available yet fot the 600 grill ?
