PURCHASED AS A GIFT FOR MY SON AND HIS FAMILY. DAUGHTER-IN-LAW THANKED ME PROFUSELY. THEY ARE FINALLY ABLE TO EAT
GRILLED/BAR-B-QUEED MEALS THAT AREN'T EITHER BURNED OR UNDERCOOKED!! YOU GUYS HIT A HOME RUN!! THANKS AGAIN.
P.S. I DON'T REMEMBER MY MODEL NUMBER I PURCHASED FROM YA'LL A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO, BUT I HAVEN'T FAILED TO COOK EVERYTHING I'VE ATTEMPED TO ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!! RECOMMENDED Z GRILLES TO ALL MY FRIENDS!!!

First pellet grill

The setup was simple and straightforward. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now and getting more comfortable every time I use the grill. The heat is always consistent. Clean up is easy as well, you can break everything down clean it and put it back together no problems. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Very difficult instructions & small drip bucket

The instructions to put this grill together are horrible. The drip bucket is way too small. After 1 use of 8 legs quarts and 10 wing pieces ( not whole wings ) the drip bucket over spilled and had grease all over my brand new deck. After scrubbing with dawn dishwasher for grease I can still light see the grease marks. A few more washer and hopefully it will be completely gone. Also grease comes out the front and drop in the small storage tray in the front. The tray is not wide enough so I get drops on the desk there as well. I’m not impressed with this grill. Maybe I just got a bad one because there are many great reviews (idk )
With that said after putting the grill together the quality is good. The pellets smoker is very easy to use ( set it and forget it )
Those 3 features need to be fixed
