Great pellet smoker

I’ve had this for a few months now and wanted to wait to submit a review. So far I’ve done a pork butt, ribs, tri-tip, vegetables, burgers. Every time the grill has performed excellent. When needed produced nice smoke. The temps are very accurate.

Love the grill. First pellet grill I’ve owned. Thankful for my buddy that referred it to me. So far I have grilled wild ducks, elk and hamburgers. My wife said they were so good, there wasn’t any reason to try and improve. It was so easy! Highly recommended!

Hot spot

It seems that it doesn’t cook even there is a definite hot spot over the fire box. Doesn’t cook as even as my thresher. Everything else is great

Great I smoked a rack of ribs and it was 25 degrees outside. Never had a problem maintaining temperature.

Very happy. I’ve made pork ribs, lamb loin chops, tenderloins.
I especially like the sear feature.
I preload the firebox, it flames up right away, gets the sear going quick, then close it off and finish the cook. A perfect steak no time flat.
Smoked ribs a couple times over about 6 hours. Fabulous. Easy peasy.

So far every thing is exactly what I expected smoked 2 very juicy chickens with a dozen baked potatoes with cherry pellets. Then smoked 1/2 lb hamburgers and fried onions in a cast iron pan fantastic next I will try smoking Canadian Bacon. Only complaint is having to vacuum out the pellets to change from Cherry to hickory or pecan.
