Not working well yet.

I have been having a gard ti.e getting the grill up to temperature and then holding it. The temperature gage is 50 degrees off which is part of the issue. I need to call customer care to get that issue resolved.

have not used it yet it is for our summer home we have a 700 grill we are very happy with so we bought the 600 for that

After the second use my grill caught on fire and the paint chipped

I started my grill as usual and I sited until it was ready for the beef jerky. It was on the lowest setting when I put my beef jerky on and two min later I looked out the window and my whole grill and jerky was in flames smoking with all the cloud smoke. I instantly turned off and that’s when the paint started chipping off. May I mention that this was only my second time using it and it looks completely destroyed. I’m very disappointed in the quality, I really had high hopes for it

Poor the RTD sensor went bad and almost burned the grill up. The grill now has blistered paint and the grate are now burnt as well. So not so good on the overall experience.

Trouble Free Smoker (L6002E)

I received my Smoker within a few days of ordering. Smoked a Turkey on Christmas Day. My best brisket ever a few days later. Three racks of baby backs on New Year’s Eve.

First time pellet grill owner. Used it for the first time today. Cooked 2 briskets and they turned out great. Had a good smoke ring, moist and tender. Very satisfied with this grill.
