Love the Z Grill

We have had tons of fun trying new recipes on the Z Grill. We are tweaking recipes to our taste and as we learn more about brines and rubs. Everything that we have cooked has been moist and tender. The chicken we cooked was amazingly moist and the pork loin was fabulous.

Grill wont get up to heat and keep temp ???

Had an older one that worked great this new one wont get to temp and keep it. No call backs for service.

So far I really like this little smoker, use it as a bbq and a smoker. I haven't even considered using my propane bbq since this showed up.
