EASY TO ASSEMBLE-SO FAR!

ALTHOUGH I'M NOT FINISHED, I DID TAKE THE ADVICE IN YOUR MANUAL TO KEEP THE UNIT DRY. SO TODAY I'M PURCHASING A COVER AND A THERMAL BLANKET.

Shipping to house impressive
Instructions- needs help, video
Needs help- did not realize I'd have to put most of it together-
I have had 3 Traegers, and 1Green Mt so I have put all together- Z Grills are the hardest-
Was disappointed how I can't touch my grill even handle while cooking without a heat mit. Too hot to handle-
I hope the heat baffle holds up since I see the warranty doesn't include heat baffle.
I did cook steaks last night and they were perfect. Hope my grill lasts more than 3 years-
My Traeger was great but the heat baffle- had to be replaced a lot, My Green Mt was heavy metal the the insides, heating element went out, then the fans. Hopefully Z Grills will out shine them.

I smoked two briskets that turned out amazing. I also reverse seared a porterhouse over the daisy wheel. It was delicious! I am so far pleased with the grill and look forward to trying out other recipes.

All I can say coming from a Weber to this Zgrill has been everything I was hoping for and more. The Zgrill impress’s me more and more every time I have used it! I would pay double for it.
