[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The site says this grill is as easy to use as an oven. My oven doesn't have wild temperature swings like this grill does. I have an easier time using my Weber kettle grill for smoking. If I could return it, I would.

Not bad but grease pours out the lid into condiment shelf. Not very well designed. Does smoke really well and bakes well too. Overall about a 3.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took several hours to assemble this. Each part was wrapped in plastic and boxed in boxes and gobs of styrofoam. There were no labels on each individual part so had to look at the instructions to see if the part looked like the schematics. So after about 3hours it was assembled. Fired it up in accordance with the instructions for the 45 minutes to sanitize the grill. Cooked a steak on it but didn’t turn the baffle open to sear the steak. So I’ll learn with practice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good, a part did come dented from shipping but they suggested banging it out and would send me 2 bags of pellets. Still waiting on the pellets but otherwise they have been very helpful. Grilled steaks and they came out great!
