Easy to use/clean but.....

I received the Nutribullet Juicer this year has a Mother's Day gift (this is my 1st juicer). I finally decided to use it on 6/14/2023. After juicing carrots & celery, I noticed in the pulp approx 1/2 inches of celery parts & carrots. Therefore, I felt like I could've gotten more juice if the veggies were broken down as the rest of the pulp. I do plan on saving the pulp to add to recipes. I didn't want to return it & disappointed my daughter. I may recommended it but I'll make sure to tell whoever of the Con.

The pulp basin feed broke

I bought this juicer because I thought it was quality, but the basin feed broke very easily, It seems like you can't put very hard or whole fruits like vetabel like they show in the commercials.
And the worst thing is that it seems that they do not sell a replacement for this part, I hope you solve this problem to me

Spout affected by air coming from motor

Air from the motor of the juicer blows directly on the spout where the juice dispenses. When the container gets full this causes the juice to spill out due to the force of the juice going into the container. It makes the process messier all because of the location of the juicers motor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
