Pulp bin does not snap into unit. So without a secure fit fruit goes all over the counter.

Bad design.

Whoever designed this juicer has never juiced before. It has no exit point for the pulp so you have to constantly take the machine apart to simply empty the pulp then clean it and start over takes too much time & makes a mess. Terrible purchase / design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Juicer was great the first two times I used it. It could have produced more juice, but was overall a great starter product. However, the third time I used the Juicer it had difficulty starting. I had to turn it off and on until it finally stayed on. The 4th time I used it, it would start. The motor completely died out on me. I noticed the first few times I had success juicing that there was liquid leaking out of the bottom of the motor - I wonder if that has something to do with it?
I trusted the Nutribullet brand and thought this would be a great investment! Yet, I am left extremely disappointed in the product and my money lost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fresh healthy juice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't drink much juice anymore since a lot of store bought stuff is basically just sugar and the healthy stuff is so expensive. So making my own juice was something I have been looking forward to.
First off the juicer is really sleek and smaller than others I have seen. It doesn't take up the entire counter and still looks really nice.
Over all it couldn't be easier to use. It comes apart to clean but goes together in under a minute. Snap on the bowl with the mesh strainer part, click the silver (not a handle) piece on top. The fruit needs to have peels, cores and seeds removed or it will get gunked up. The juicing takes a few seconds. You just put the cup under the spout, which hooks together so it doesn't move or leak, and start it up. Drop in the fruit at the top and put the black top in it to gently press down. The pulp flies towards the outside of the bowl thing and juice pours into the cup.
The kids were so excited to get fresh good homemade juice. Better than any store bought and I can sneak in healthy vegetables with it without them knowing. It's so easy to take apart to clean as well.
Over all the juicing experience has been a success. I don't think I'll ever buy store bought again. Delicious juice, sleek machine and happy family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a juicer from a major brand for years, but it is complex to put together, hard to store and difficult to clean. The NutriBullet Juicer and is so much easier to put together and operate. I definitely recommend it whether you are an occasional juicer or if you want to add juicing as a regular part of your diet.
