Juicer stop working after 4 uses!!

I thought this was a good juicer because of the brand maker. I can’t believe the motor died and it’s brand new. I see I’m not the only person who’s experienced the same issue meaning this a product issue and not a user issue. I would not recommend this juicer to anyone.

I received the Nutribullet Juicer as a Christmas present. I began juicing at the beginning of January. You need to empty it often and it does not extract all of the juice. Two weeks later it died. I received the replacement and I fear this one willl die as well. I’m finding that juice is finding it way to the motor, even with me emptying the holder before it’s full. Juice leaks from the underside of the unit. I will be getting a new juicer but it will NOT be a Nutribullet.
