I read the reviews before I bought the lifepro.
Not had it long, but it is much better than my previous vibration plate.
I have used this type of fitness machine for 15 years or so. It works.

I got this for my Christmas present. I am diabetic and 71 years old. I want to built strength, balance, and help my joints. I do exercise regularly. It is easy to set up and use.
