This unit is nicer than I thought it would be. It is sturdy and large enough for a beginner to feel comfortable. It is easy to use and I feel safe using it. I am a large woman with many health issues and poor balance that make it very difficult for me to exercise. I can already tell it is helping me with balance and strength. I love the three different positions where I put my feet and the three different speeds. I love this product. I recommend it for a beginner.

So far the vibration plate is making me feel like I'm becoming a whole new person. I can feel my muscles toning up and some flab is disappearing. The scale is a bit lighter as well. I can't wait to see what my progress looks like in a few months from now.

The whole family loves to get on it, even the 3 year old! We’ve only had it about a week, so we cannot speak to long-term use or benefits. We haven’t even touched all of its uses yet either!
