I've only had this a week so I cannot speak to longevity but ... It came packaged very well , very easy to assemble- Just needed to connect the rubber hand straps and the power cord . It is hefty but not unmanageable. Seems well built. Extremely quiet operation. User manual is thorough and easy to understand but not too wordy. Im excited to use this and see what kind of results happen.

Love the size, only used it 3 times & can already tell a difference. Had a smaller size before, returned it - this one is TOP-NOTCH - HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!

Using this twice a day for almost three months has helped resolve neck and hip pain. And they stand by their Life Time warranty. I had an issue which was happily resolved.
