Love my Vibration Plate!!!

This is truly a amazing piece of equipment. I struggle for time and this allows me to have a workout that doesn't take too much of my time to set up or do. I can feel the benefits already!!

Using this helps keep motivated to exercise and diet to maintain my fitness level. My constant shoulder pain typically goes away after using the Turbo vibration plate.
