My Physical Therapist recommended Life Pro products because of their excellent customer service. She recommended this product to help me with osteoporosis, muscle, and balance.
It came sooner than I expected, since I live remotely. I’ve only use it once on the lowest speed possible. I’m 76 with back and knee problems, which has prevented me from doing any physical activity for months, other than using my walking pad. After using it for 6 minutes, I felt alive! That’s the only way to explain it. I was tingling from my toes to the top of my head.

This vibration plate is my first of its kind, and I am satisfied with its performance so far. It is too early to give a comprehensive evaluation, but I will update my feedback as time goes on.
