Turbo pro 3D viibration plate

Just received my vibration plate three days ago. It arrived in perfect coondition and when promised. I love it already. I am still learning how to my machine. Even so, I am feeling better already. I generally have brain fog, but it seems to be better with only 3 days of just standing and shaking! It is easy and fun and feels great.

I just received this! Page 5, your words tell me to visit website (turbo.lifepro.com) for access to your free Library of workout videos! I went to website and got this. I have not used it yet, I am reading user manual which tells me to go to website for videos
