Remotes don’t work

I bought two LifePro Turbo 3D vibration plate exercise machines at Christmas time. Neither of the remote controls work. I gave one to my daughter and kept one for myself. The remote control does not work on either unit. We’ve tried several sets of batteries, so that’s not the problem.

I have only used it a few times so far, but you can feel that this product is made with high quality materials. It’s heavy, sturdy and easy to use. I love that it has a lifetime warranty! I am gradually increasing speeds and can’t wait to get up to programs that help improve my health.
