I have had my plate for 1 week I am just sitting to do my workout as I am not ready to stand on it as when I tried it standing I needed my cane to lean on But i do feel a difference and I havent had bad leg cramps at night I am glad I made the investment

I bought my vibrating plate through recommendation, and I wasn’t disappointed. Can’t believe that after 3 uses, I started noticing the swelling in my legs were going down. Will carry on using it.
