My new favorite health tool!

I am so pumped about the Turbo vibration plate. My whole family is obsessed. The kids jump on it throughout the day. This Christmas it was the entertainment for my extended family. Even my grandparents have been on it multiple times! It’s so simple to use and it is really relaxing. I have been using it after workouts to relax my muscles as I cool down. Even just during the day it helps my whole body relax and feel good. We have it by our Christmas tree and fireplace and it’s been such a great addition!

Wonderful Christmas gift

I have enjoyed using the vibration plate each day because it had helped with my spasticity due to my MS. I feel less stiff and can walk easier after standing on it for 10 minutes. Looking forward to trying other exercises on there.
