I just received my lifepro vibration plate. Excited!

I just received my lifepro vibration plate. I bought it to improve bone density. Of course I need to tone up and increase my metabolism. Also, I do have high blood pressure and if this helps reduce my b/p that would be amazing. I have tried to log in to see your work out videos but couldn't log on but I will try again. I have used my vibration plate twice on program one. Just standing there since I don't know what I should do.
