I’ve been on this for a week and can see positive changes in my body. I anticipate seeing even bigger changes as I continue to Use. I encourage anyone that doesn’t want to go to a gym, but needs exercise to purchase one of these.

Small machine Big results

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it’s actually pretty decent. It’s compact, easy to use, and feels a lot like the toning machines I used to try. I got it hoping it might help with chronic pain, inflammation, and mobility from old injuries. Too early to tell, but it feels like it’s doing something — looking forward to seeing if it improves my quality of life over time.
