My son gave me Turbo 3D vibration plate. It's was a gift because I have poor circulation and Osteoporosis. My balance is not so good. I am 76 year old and have been using the turbo 3D vibration plate for only a week every day for 15 mins. And I
am walking much better, and I truly believe my balance has Improved. I look
forward to using it. I am a true believer
that turbo 3D vibration plate help me in a lot in different
ways. So thankful that my son got this for
me. He is a physical therapist, so i'm
sure he did a lot of research on this.
