The LifePro 3D Vibration Plate Exercise Machine - Dual Motor Oscillation, Pulsation 3D Motion Vibration Platform - Full Whole Body Vibration Machine for Home Fitness (Blue) is great! I've just started to use it and am very pleased so far. I like the width of the platform as it is wider than most and I bought this to hopefully improve bone density! We shall see - fingers crossed! I like the pre-set programs and my daughter is going to show me how to personalize them to my individual needs, but even the pre-set levels are nice!

First home vibration plate

I used a professional model vibration plate in a yoga studio a few years ago and loved the workout. I decided to buy the lifepro turbo 3d for home use. It's solidly built and relatively quiet. I'm just getting started so time will tell.

I've only had the Turbo 3D Vibration Plate for about a week, so I'm just figuring it all out. So far, I really like it and look forward to using it.

Used for less than a week so far but it does help loosen morning stiffness.
