I am 65 years old and new to this product. I did it for 10 minutes and boy can you feel it. I can’t wait to learn how to do the exercises and get back into shape.

I just opened my turbo, it was bigger than I expected. It is easy to use and I was having hip pain and to my surprise, I sit on my turbo and after the 10 minutes, my pain was gone!! I am so Excited!!!

I've only had my Turbo for a few days but I love it. The bands that attach to the vibration plate are too long for me, I'm 5'4". They offer little resistance but I have free weights I can use. It's very sturdy. I hope to find exercises to use for my plantar fasciitis, sciatica and osteopinea.
