Only used it a couple times and I feel exhilarated. It's fun! I am so looking forward to being able to use it every day. Waiting to see what kind of long term Suprise results I'll get from it's use.

I used it for just two days but can feel the soreness that a traditional workout would give so it working something. Can't wait to see what long term use does.

I only recently received my turbo. Due to an injury & a lot of time spent at doctor's, my use has been limited so far but oh my goodness - it has been like nothing I've tried before. All positives to this point. I can't wait to start posting about my experiences with it on FB soon!

Vibrating my way to new heights

Man, I really was battling with buying a vibration plate or not. I’ve been in an out of the gym over the years and with life changing had me rethink of ways to stay healthy. Being 46 years old and no known health issues, I decided to try one after reading the benefits of using these plates. I’m new to this but after the initial try, my legs and abs really were on fire. I will continue to monitor my results after 30 days but I can already feel my muscles getting a workout.
