Cord does not have a tight fit. When machine loses connection it will shut off.

Opened box and remote did not work

As the subject says, the brand new remote did not work. Tried three sets of brand new AAAs. Tried to use the chat support line. the conversation took over an hour, because there were 10-15 minute gaps before the assistant responded. The product was fine otherwise.

It is really helping with mine condition. BUT the plug that goes in front of plate is not a tight fit. Sometimes the plate loses connection and stuff off. Can I get a new cord?
