So far so good

Just tried this twice already as I have a hip bursitis injury keeping me from weight workouts. After first use just doing the warm ups yesterday the pain and limp were gone. Actually worked out today with all lower body movements on the plate and being cautious. Will wait to see if I’ve made my injury worse or better but I love standing on this, even with eyes closed. I’ve never surfed but that’s the sensation. I sense it has a lot of benefits! Very sturdy, not loud.

Have enjoyed my workouts for the first 2 days of owning my vibration plate. I have osteoarthritis in one of my knees and the vibration workout has really helped my knee during the workout with no soreness. My knee feels so much better already!
