A big surprize and I really like it!

I ordered the turbo 3d and didn't know what to expect.
I got home from a pain management appointment and unboxed and tried it out in several positions and intencities was very surprised, it all felt so positive and helped me release a stressful day.
I have several forms of anxiety and have suffered chronic pain all my life.
This product allows me to exercise without much of any effort and as a bonus it improves body helth in many ways.
Hopefully it will help me regain more mobility!

I loved: the different modes and intensities, the color and the unexpected larger size.
I couldn't resist going on it several times doing different things to see what it would do

Im definitely tired and sore but that is what is great for a person who has several types of anxiety and chronic pain all my life.
I only hope things get better because of using this and its an easy way to benefit body health.

I just bought the equipment and have tried it three times. Once standing, once with leg bands and once with 10 lbs weights. I like how you are motivated to put 10 min into a quick workout and the functions it supports. I’m excited to try other workouts and props. I’d give it a 5, but since I’m only 3 days in, I’m not sure of claimed results—yet.

Excellent workout for beginners & advanced. Everything you need from strengthending, toning, weight loss, and much more - all done with this one vibration plate. It has various speeds & the workouts never get boring. Definitely a great investment!
