Vibration plate first time user.

Just got my vibration plate today.. so going to give this a try cause normal exercise is just not enough for me. I am hoping this is going to help me burn more and get in better shape and help my joints feel better i have many joints with pain right now that i use a message gun to help them feel better i hope this will give my whole body a good shake and release all the pain from every inch. Will come back in a few months and update.
