Just received my plate today, and compared it to my life pro smaller version. The turbo definitely moves with larger oscillations, which seems to be more effective. The unit is well built and easy to use. The only negative thing that I noticed is that the remote is finicky; you have to point it at the sensor from the backside for it to communicate.

I have noticed the swelling in my legs go down. As far as losing weight and toning I haven’t noticed that yet.
