I received the 3D Vibration plate and the Agility Mini Vibrating Massage Ball and I have been using them both on a regular basis. I am hoping that with the regular use they will increase my bone density and also help with lymph drainage.

Never used anything like this before I can feel the wave through my entire body & depending on where my feet are positioned it gives different intensity , just started using it but can feel the impact each session BB

Good vibe plate/ bed remote

The vibration plate is solid and works great. However, the remote is not great. The pause button turns it off. No pause. Just start over. I'm not sure what the Low, Medium, and High buttons are supposed to do because nothing changes when they are pushed. It works well manually, so that's what I've done.
